The cosplayers were out in full force, and their costumes looked absolutely amazing this year! The newer, much larger space for the Calgary Comic Expo seemed to attract a lot more people this year, so I did find at times it was challenging getting through the crowds. Fortunately, they have some larger spaces when it gets a bit crowded that I found were much better for finding cosplayers for photo ops. I think a couple of my favorites were the Black Knight from Monty Python and the Holy Grail and the guy in the box who was Solid Snake from the first Metal Gear game from back in the original Nintendo days.
