The common people believe that Steemit was founded in 2016. NO! That's not the case. There has been a recent finding in the most secluded area on planet earth . Which will have to be unnamed. There have been a lot of talks about this unique yet strange land called Steemit. Rumors say that it is going to annihilate "Social Media" as we know it. Such a drastic change cannot happen in such a short amount of time. There were many conspiracies and finally we have proof ! This is the only explanation. Steemit is the result of million of years of perfection. This is 2016. It's high time that everyone knows this.

1. Import the Image
2. Fill your design/image with black
3.Place your Image
4.Duplicate the layer and desaturate it.
5. Use the Transform Tool (T) and tweak your image.

6. Change the blend mode to overlay
7. Go to Filter-Distort-Displacement and use the following settings

9. Right click on your image , go to blending option
