🍗😋 Easy Peasy One Pot Chicken Pot Chicken Dinner 😋🍗
METHOD + STEP BY STEP PHOTOS:
🙋(1) Season chicken pieces as you like, then brown in a large pan with lots of healthy Olive Oil about 25 min.! (2) Remove from pan, add 1 chopped onion, 4 sliced carrots, 4 to 5 large sliced potatoes ( you can also add cellery, I was out) and brown veg. in the drippings and oil about 10 min turning to brown all sides.(3) Return chicken back to pan on top of your veg. and add 2 cups of prepared chicken broth or boulion , Thats it!! (4) once boiling turn down to low and cook about 45 min or until vegetables are done, EASY PEASY!
