Can binance do an auto dust sweep to auto convert to BNB?

I seem to be having trouble even converting some of my coins such as BCC (bitcoin cash) from binance into BCC as the qty seems way too low? PSA It would be helpful if there was an auto convert option to better situate the dust. PSA

I just have dust floating around as it seems that the qty is way too low to even convert to BNB?

Can anyone add some input to this?
