I decided to clean up my working space this afternoon and found some of my long abandoned work in progress outfit.
Most of the time we get stuck while making an outfit because of several reasons. Its difficult to know how to complete some outfits and we have to keep cracking our brains for ideas.

Sometimes fabric is not enough for a design we want to make and after venturing and starting the work we get stuck mid way

This is exactly what happened to this blouse that made me to abandon it in my closet for a year or two now. My experience of fashion has grown and all those glitches I used to have regarding sewing is gradually fading away. Once you get creative it's easy to over come any challenge and turn a sewing disaster into something beautiful

Since then the design has become outdated but today I realized an idea that will transform the blouse into a trending fashion

I saw a guy in the street yesterday wearing a velvet material just like this one, it was in blue color and was embellished. The design was so beautiful and glittery. I stole the idea and decided to try this with my fabric to recycle and revamp the blouse into a trending fashion

First I bout this transfer sheet. it had some gum on it for moving rhinestones around.

Next I took the only design of stoning board I have and filled them with rhinestones.
Stoning boards are such a blessing in fashion we have various designs and shapes of this board

With the transfer sheet I picked up the stones

And then place them gently on where I want to have them fixed on the blouse

With the help of iron and moderate heat the stones got attached to the fabric

And the new design is a beautiful one.
For the sleeves I order for some Chantilly net that will sit perfectly on it since I have learnt how to combine fabrics and color now.

With this simple method, the blouse is as good as new and a trending fashion you won't feel odd wearing it...It has gotten a new look and a beautiful transformation, what do you think?.
