Well, it's known that everyone likes pizzas. We also know how heavy we feel after a large portion of wheat flour, yeast, fatty meat and cheese...
My pizza will solve your problems. It's a pizza that tastes good and ... it's 100% healthy! đÂ
Ingredients:Â
Dough:
- 2 glasses of chickpea flour
- 1 glass of gluten-free oat flour
- 3 tablespoons of good quality olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon of herbes de Provence
- a pinch of turmeric
- waterÂ
Filling:
- tomato sauce (preferably home-made tomato paste, garlic, salt, spices)
- courgette (donât peel it)
- mushroomsÂ
- a pepper
- onion
- tomatoes
- dried tomatoes
- fresh basilÂ
Preparation:Â
Put flour into a bowl, add salt, spices and oil, mix. Slowly pour water to get the consistency of the pizza dough. For a moment, we knead the dough so that the ingredients can combine.
Then line a large form with baking paper and a bit of oil. Shape the dough into a circle.Â
Spread tomato sauce over the dough and put vegetables:Â
- onion cut into "feathers"Â
- pepper ringsÂ
- mushrooms cut into slicesÂ
- dried tomatoes cut into stripsÂ
- courgette slicesÂ
- put slices of tomato at the topÂ
You may sprinkle the vegetables with Provencal herbs, basil or oregano.Â
Bake the pizza at 200oC for approx. 20 minutes. After baking, decorate with fresh basil leaves. Â
Bless you!
