I welcome you from Australia. I, my husband and daughter, we had a very long journey with 3 planes. From my home in Poland to Melbourne is about 35 hours. My one-year-old daughter was very brave in traveling ππͺ
I want to show you my first vegan breakfast in Melbourne.
Scrambled tofu with spices accompanied by capsicum, onion, and spinach served with cripsy baked potato wedges and avocado on gluten free toast π You know how much I like it! And you can prepare scrambled tofu with recipe on my blog π
Today I drank one of the best green smoothie!
Ingredients:
β 1 cup chopped kale
β 1 ripe avocado
β 1 ripe mango
β 1 chopped bokchoy
β 1 small raw broccoli
β coconut water
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend thoroughly on high speed until completely smooth. If it isnβt quite blending, add a bit more coconut water.
