Did I just hear Rep. Chris Stewart say "sincere", "I'm being sincere"? Is that really what I heard? Now, Stewart may have many qualities, but being sincere is - clear to us all - not one of them. What's his game? Does he think that by just saying that he's "sincere", we'll - or some of us at least - will believe it? Who does he take us for? The guy doesn't have an ounce of sincerity in him. Frankly, he's not worth listening to.
