Yummy Detox Water
After a long weekend of eating and not really paying close attention to what I am putting in my body, I like to take Mondays to try and get my body back to an alkaline PH balance. An easy way to do this is to drink this yummy detox water that I make. I like to drink this water in the morning before I drink my green tea or eat my breakfast. Its super easy and healthy!
Here are what is in the Detox Water:
• Hot Water
• Half a Lemon
• Ground Ginger
• Turmeric
• Cayenne Pepper (Red Pepper)
Step One:
- Mix in the ginger, turmeric, and cayenne pepper in a coffee cup (no exact measurements just whatever you would like)
Step Two:
- Add hot water to the cup
Step Three:
- Add in half of a lemon
Step Four:
- Stir and Enjoy!
