Nuestro Hive account@gsbilbao nos invitó hace días a reflexionar acerca de los motivos que nos mantendrán de pié este año. Extiendo la invitación a participar en esta iniciativa a Hive account@evagavilan y a Hive account@precisa

Desde que leí la propuesta quedé pensativa. Me tomé con calma mi procesos de autoobservación, a mi ritmo logré sentí y visualicé lo intangible e invisible dentro de mí, que manifiesta deseos de aparecer y mantenerse en mi en este 2023

Me parece tan importante detenerme tanto hoy como en cualquier momento del año, a redefinir y calibrar esos motivos de mi ser, que le dan especial trascendencia a mi historia, aquí estoy después de haber tenido una profunda y sentida conversa conmigo misma.

Mi proceso mientras escuchaba mi melodía interior

Hice una lista de situaciones, deseos, resultados y emociones que me condujeron a escuchar los susurros de mi alma.

Esta lista decido atesorar y reservarla para mí.

Les comparto de una vez a mi carta de compromiso, como sugirió Hive account@gsbilbao , con una narrativa como si ya hubiese ocurrido, usando mi imaginación agudeza sensorial y apertura de mente y corazón:

Hoy finalizando el 2023, me detengo a agradecer por sentir una inmensa satisfacción de poder contar infinitos testimonios propios de victorias internas generadas por la melodía dei alma.

Las notas que resaltaron en estos 12 meses del 2023:

1- Alegría haciendo llave con mis disciplinas

Hice un trabajo de hormiguita con mi autocuidado en las áreas: mental, físico y espiritual, fue fácil de alcanzar la constancia. Reconozco que la alegría y liviandad en cada presente facilitaron el camino. Puedo afirmar que aproveché disciplinadamente los 365 días.

2-Presencia constante de intervenciones y soluciones espirituales

Cada caos que tuve fue trascendido bajo diferentes intervenciones y siempre desde la mirada espiritual, desde la calma y confianza.

3-Silenciador de juicios

Lo logré! Observé cada uno de mis pensamientos y no me tembló el pulso para sacarle tarjeta roja a aquel juicio que surgía en mí y que le restaba libertad al momento.

4-Activación y agudeza de mi intuición

Y esto me sirvió de brújula, me llevo a las más extrañas y exitosas decisiones, aumentando mi confianza en eso de vivir.

4-Conexión directa y constante con mi poder interno creador

Estoy tan feliz con todas las manifestaciones de mis deseos hechos realidad. Reconocer mi poder creador me tiene alucinando.

Cada minuto crea mi siguiente minuto: Este ha sido uno de mis mantras por muchos años, sé que el 2023 no hubiese sido lo que fué sin todo lo que vino antes. Así que reconozco y agradezco esas otras notas musicales de mi alma que se manifestaron en el 2022: alegría, confianza en la incertidumbre,gratitud eterna en mi corazón, certeza de merecimiento de todo lo mejor, integración de mi identidad.

Mis palabras se quedan cortas ante las notas musicales que mi alma expresó y sentió este año 2023.

Agradecida por este 2023 y por la oportunidad de existir. Ha sido un año maravilloso!

The sounds of my soul

I extend the invitation to participate in this initiative to Hive account@evagavilan and Hive account@precisa.

Our Hive account@gsbilbao invited us days ago to reflect on the reasons that will keep us on our feet this year. Since I read the proposal I was thoughtful. I took my self-observation processes calmly, at my own pace I managed to feel and visualize the intangible and invisible within me, which manifests desires to appear and stay in me in this 2023.

It seems so important to me to stop today as well as at any time of the year, to redefine and calibrate those motives of my being, which give special transcendence to my story, here I am after having had a deep and heartfelt conversation with myself.

My process while listening to my inner melody

I made a list of situations, desires, results and emotions that led me to listen to the whispers of my soul. This list I treasure and keep to myself.

I share with you at once my letter of commitment, as Gary suggested, with a narrative as if it had already happened, using my imagination, sensory acuity and open mind and heart:

Today ending 2023, I pause to give thanks for feeling an immense satisfaction of being able to recount infinite testimonies of my own of inner victories generated by the melody ofi soul.

The notes that stood out in these 12 months of 2023 :

1-Joy making key with my disciplines

I made an ant-like work with my self-care in the areas: mental, physical and spiritual, it was easy to reach constancy. I recognize that the joy and lightness in each present facilitated the path. I can affirm that I took disciplined advantage of the 365 days.

2-Constant presence of spiritual interventions and solutions

Every chaos I had was transcended under different interventions and always from a spiritual point of view, from calm and confidence.

3-Judgment silencer

I did it! I observed each one of my thoughts and my pulse did not tremble when I took out the red card to that judgment that arose in me and that subtracted freedom from the moment.

4-Activation and sharpness of my intuition

And this served me as a compass, it led me to the strangest and most successful decisions, increasing my confidence in living.
Direct and constant connection with my inner creative power: I am so happy with all the manifestations of my desires coming true. Recognizing my creative power has me hallucinating.

Every minute creates my next minute: This has been one of my mantras for many years, I know that 2023 would not have been what it was without all that came before, so I recognize and appreciate those other musical notes of my soul that manifested in 2022: joy, confidence in uncertainty, eternal gratitude in my heart, certainty of deserving all the best, integration of my identity.

My words fall short before the music and notes of my soul that expressed and feelings this year 2023.

Grateful for this 2023 and for the opportunity to exist. It has been a wonderful year!
