Ingredients Carrots - 5/6 glasses - 6 dry chilli - 2 lemons juice - 2 teaspoons pepper powder - 2 tablespoons mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon oil - quantity
Preparation Method: Cut the carrots in length and add lemon juice. Give the mustard and pepper powder with oil in the bowl. Mix the mixture with the carrots. Paste the chopped chillies, dry chilli and hot water together. Mix the mixture well with carrots. Serve hot with hot rice or bread.
