Every true entrepreneur in reality is an opportunist. Whether they admit it or not!
1.) These are people who happen to be at the right place, at the right time, with the right message and the right offer.
Being opportunistic is not a negative term. In fact, being opportunistic can mean the difference between radical success and drastic failure.
Now, I know some of you smart ones out there would read this and quickly say something weak like..."But hey, hard work ALWAYS pays. It's not just about OPPORTUNITY."
Yes, I agree with you 100%.
WORKING HARD CREATES OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUCCESS. But working hard by itself doesn't guarantee SUCCESS.
2.) Here is the reality...
Someone out there could be working really hard right now, moving freight by horse drawn wagons. Will they be successful? No, because they are too far behind their time.
Or...there were people who worked really hard in internet technologies back in the 1960's or 70's. We're they successful? Sorta, kinda! Why? Because they were too far ahead of their time.
3.) Again, hard work isn't the key here. The right opportunity is. Working hard might expose you to the right opportunities. And hard work is highly recommended. But if you don't have the right opportunity to start, no amount of hardwork will save you!
Stay Humble! Stay Strong!
P.s. Do you agree? Or disagree. Can you share an example in your life where working hard on the wrong opportunity was successful. Please leave in the comments below so others can be inspired!
