All men fell asleep,
Some snoring away,
Other sleep drunk,
No one saw the big bull eyes,
Red and orange colour,
Jinxed up in one skull,
Traveling through the winds,
With the speed of light.
No more was it a rumour,
That the big round eyes would kiss the earth,
When this will happen no one knew,
But first it was announced that the big round eyes would close,
No more will it be opened,
To shine bright and light to earth,
When men are all asleep,
And snoring away like a swine.
The hour will come,
When men would not be able to find sway,
That moment when they keep vigils,
But their eyes get attracted to mother nature,
The clarion call to sleep,
At this same moment,
The blood moon appeared,
Announcing that there will be a heavy downpour.
No one heard the announcement,
They were all caught up in deep sleep,
All were half dead,
They did not see neither did they hear,
When the blood moon came kissing the earth,
And the moment reached when the rains came,
It was cats and dogs,
To the wetness of soils of all kinds.
Some sandy foundations swept away,
In the south-east the flood recorded,
In the core north it buried the bridges,
Just for a little sleep and slumber,
Mortals did not get the announcement,
That the tiny strokes of rain,
Will flog the earth to stupor,
And make the mortals climb tall trees.
Awake! Awake!! Ye men of feeble mind,
Eating sleeping like sumptuous meals,
Losing power of the personal dignity to sleep,
Thus, losing the great commission,
One delivered by the blood moon,
As all terrestrial forces gathered as forces,
And played host to the August visitor,
That caused the tiny strokes of the sky beat the earth to gluttony.
