The Huawei Talkband B5 is a smart watch/fitness tracker that can also pop out of its enclosure and become a Bluetooth headset. While on your wrist it does all the usual stuff a fitness tracker can do, but then if you want to make a call without taking your phone out you just select the person you want to call from your contacts using the watch, then pop it out and put it in your ear.
