Merhabalar sizlerle Gaziantep ilinin kapalı çarşını elimden geldikçe gezdirmeye çalışacağım. Gaziantep sanayi ili olmasıyla birlikte kültürel olarak çok gelişmiş bir şehirdir. Anlatmakla bitmeyecek geçmişten kopmamış duvarlarında hala tarihinden izler bırakan bir şehir desem yeridir.
Çarşısının hepsini bilmediğim için gözüme çarpan yerleri göstereceğim.
Gaziantep eşsiz tarihiyle birlikte yemekleri ve baharatlarıyla da tanınmaktadır. Asılan biber, patlıcan ve diğer sebze ve meyveler çok güzel duruyorlar. Bunlara çarşının çok yerinde rastladım. Zaten bu çarşıya girdiğinizde baharatların karışık kokusu sizlere öyle ağır geliyor ki başınız dönüyor. Onun üzerine rengarenk asılan sebzeleri görünce çok farklı hissediyorsunuz.
Rengarenk objeleri çok severim. Bu ayakkabılar ve nargileler benim çok hoşuma gitti. Sizce de çok güzel durmuyorlar mı ?

Çarşının her tarafı ışıl ışıl göz kamaştırıyor. Her bir tarafı farklı güzel olan çarşıda gezince zamanın nasıl geçtiğini anlamıyor insan.
Antep fıtığının atlamayacaktım zaten. Gaziantebe gelip te bundan almamak olmazdı. Her ne kadar antep fıstığının asıl üretim yeri burası olmasa da buradaki fıstıklarda çok güzel.
Biraz daha gittikten sonra karşımıza bakırcılar çarşısı geliyor. Bu çarşıda çok eski olmasıyla bilinir. Dükkanlarının içinde hala eski yapıların izlerine sıkça rastlanır.
Çarşının içinde bulunan hanlar ve kemerler oldukça eski olmasına rağmen dala dimdik ayakta ve güzellikleriyle tarihe ışık tutmaktadır. Her bir adım ve farklı yerleriyle Gaziantep Güneydoğunun en gelişmiş illerinden biridir. Ulaşım ve altyapı olarak oldukça gelişmiştir.
Gaziantebin yemek kültürü de çok gelişmiştir. Tatlı konusunda ise bir çağ atlamıştır diyebilirim. Burada yediğiniz tatlıların tadını başka bir yerde bulamayacaksınız. Baklavası zaten dünyaya nam yapmış tatlılar arasındadır. Buradaki tatlıların özelliği malzemelerinin özel olarak üretilip her zaman taze olmasıdır.

Uzun zaman öce oraya gitmiştim. Kim bilir şuan orada neler değişmiştir. En yakın zamanda tekrardan oraya gitmeyi düşünüyorum.
