January Garden Journal Challenge: Organizing my garden🌼

Hello, dear #Hivegarden community, Happy new year 2024 to all gardeners around the world!

Yesterday January 1st I set out to organize the garden, with so many chores for Christmas I had neglected my plants, then after spending the end of the year, with my husband and daughter I enjoyed my humble dinner, we received the year between the sound of rocket shots plus watching and comforting our pet upset by that excess of noises, I was awake until 1 am, and I got up at 6:30 am make coffee, and breakfast. Then I made a choice between several chores and chose to clean and organize the garden.

It was necessary to clean the yard, where my garden is, although I am counting the days to move, we must leave, but I can't find a house to rent, nor to buy, the prices are very high, old and new houses are not available and imagine the prices. Even though I am about to leave, my husband made an agreement with some workers and they proceeded to do it on December 29th.
Little by little we are organizing our departure, I think that by arranging the garden it will be easier to move them. Among my wishes for this New Year is the option of buying a house, I hope it comes true.

This is my #Gardenjournal, for the month of January, I take the opportunity to show a plant that my brother-in-law gave me in November, at the moment I do not know their names, this one has some peculiar leaves.

I arranged my plants in the patio, because it was difficult for me to walk on the sidewalk where I had them, I felt it was dangerous, so I prepared the plants in baskets, placed between large stones so that the roots do not have contact with the ground, because they adhere and it would be difficult to move them to the new house, whether rented or bought.
