去波特兰，如果不尝尝巫毒甜圈里千奇百怪的甜甜圈，你都不好意思跟人说你去过波特兰。在波特兰官方发行的旅行手册里并没有介绍这一站，不过但凡来这里的吃货，绝对不会错过这站。《洛杉矶时报》就把这里捧成了国际旅游景点。这里从早到晚，不分节假日工作日，排队购买甜甜圈的人都是里三层外三层，时刻提醒你，领略传奇是要付出代价的。
我也毫无例外地融入排队大军中，娃爹带娃一边吃东西去了，留我一人在这漫长的队伍中煎熬啊，谁让俺嘴谗呢。还好，来了个流浪艺人，弹着琴（不好意思，不知道那是什么琴）等待有人往琴箱里投票子。我厚着脸皮，排着队，在他面前缓缓前行，我也想扔点，可惜我兜里没现金:( 可怜的卖艺人啊，从鲍勃迪伦的take me home唱到重口味摇滚，最后还边弹边唱边走太空步，而且弹断了两根弦，却没啥收获，仅几位靓女鼓了鼓掌。美国人被这些街头艺人都宠坏了，视而不见，我有时总是很不忍啊。

招牌上印着voodoo doughnuts的口号“The magic is in the hole”，跟旁边的色情影院相得益彰啊，这里我不多说，少儿不宜，你懂的。

这个bacon的圈真好吃啊！还有voodoo圈，跟她家招牌上的形像一样，每天的voodoo娃娃圈上面的装饰都不一样哦。我今天买的绿液直淌的，拔出插在他身上的棍子，血还残留在棍头上，咬开他，哦，鲜血四溢啊，人家是红果酱心的，哈哈，太搞了。
不过话说回来，对于不太喜欢甜食的亚洲人来说，这种甜死人不偿命的甜甜圈还是让我的味蕾大大爆棚了，如果能把甜度减低到原来的1／4，我想我会再转回头，排长队，买一大盒出来。
旁边坐的都是买了圈，迫不及待要享受的人们。俺家俩小娃围着看了好久，然后我这个妈大快朵颐，有点不好意思，呵呵，两娃对这些过敏的好处是，没人跟我抢了。对面那家买的甜圈就被娃都抢了，看见妈妈爸爸，爷爷奶奶都只能望着空盒子抹抹嘴巴。

My two little boys are allergic to them. I am the only one who can enjoy them. I saw a family buy some doughnuts and kids ate all of them. Parents and grandparents looked at their kids but nothing left for them. Pool adults!
I think doughnuts in this store is way too sweet for me. If the sugar can be reduced to 3/4, that would be my cup of tea.
