You might be aware that you are being judgmental, but were you aware that you are attached to your thoughts?
Actually, one research says that we judge others SUBCONSCIOUSLY, which shocked me the most!
Even though we do it automatically, you still can become aware of these quick judgments and improve yourself if you are too extreme.
My recommendation is to meditate. Now, meditation is not a cure-it-all. So, if you meditate, it doesn't mean that you will become a saint and you will love everyone with no negative sides, but you will get to know yourself more as a "third person" and then you can evaluate yourself.
This is the reason why I created a playlist all about Vipassana Meditation:

"The reason why we are being judgemental is that we have our own set of beliefs and when someone says something against that, we are all like umm....nope!!"
How to Avoid being Judgemental:
- Understand that everything is actually neutral (03:28)
- Don't compare too much (03:53)
- Consider the Opposite (04:54)
Be open-minded and see the reason why that person believes in that. Don't just say NOPE! THAT'S WRONG! How would you feel when someone says that to you? They don't know how you grew up or what you have learned or what you have experienced that have influenced the way you think.
Are you still judgemental after having watched the video or read this description?
