HELLO HIVERS! GREETINGS TO ALL OF YOU.
I have seen somewhere the extended version of word "END" someone explained it as "EFFORTS NEVER DIE", I decided to share some of my personal experiences as I do share if you are reading my Blogs "if not check ny last few blogs".
We have all been there. You look at the mess and think, What on earth was the point of all that hard work?

But here is a mindset shift that completely changed the way I look at life Efforts Never Die (END).
Usually, when we see the word "END," we think of a final curtain call, a stop sign or a total failure. But what if we looked at it as a reminder? Efforts Never Die. The energy, the sweat and the late nights you put into something do not just vanish into thin air just because the outcome wasn't what you wanted.
If you have been following my previous blogs, you know I talk a lot about things like the power of consistency and learning to overcome the fear of failure. It is easy to write about these things, but it is much harder to live them when things go wrong but this is exactly where those pieces connect... How? Read more...
When you stay consistent, even when no one is watching you, you are building an invisible foundation.EXAMPLE Think of it like watering a seed hidden deep underground. You water it day after day, week after week, and see absolutely nothing. People around you might think you are wasting your time and you might start believing them. But underneath the surface, deep roots are growing. Without that quiet and unseen phase, a plant could never survive a storm once it finally breaks through the dirt.
This brings me back to another thing we explored together recently finding joy in the process, not just the destination. The biggest mistake we make is tying our entire worth and happiness to the final result. If a project fails, we think we failed, which is totally a wrong thing.
But the true prize of hard work isn't the trophy at the finish line, it is who you become while running the race. One of Current Pakistan Cricket team Player Muhammad Rizwan once said "sometime you win sometime you learn". You learn how to take a hit and stand right back up. You get sharper, smarter, and more experienced. You prove to yourself that you are the kind of person who doesn't just quit when the road gets bumpy. Those character traits do not disappear just because a specific goal wasn't met. You carry them with you into the next chapter of your life.
Every past struggle and every bad day even every mistake we have discussed before is just a tool in your pocket for the next attempt. You are never starting over from scratch never, you are starting over with experience which you have got with some failures after trying again and again...
So, the next time you feel like throwing in the towel take a deep breath. Look back at how far you have already come. No honest effort is ever truly lost. It is simply building material for your future and failure is never the final destination unless you choose to sit down and stop walking as mentioned above.
Pick up the pieces, learn the lesson, and remember that your efforts are still alive inside you. Your breakthrough is coming.
