Hello, Hive community!
I am feeling great to be back with another post, I am trying to be consistent with my Blogs. If you’ve been following my journey at HIVE, you know I like to keep things real, whether I'm talking about the EU's new battery rules or why we sometimes feel like a cricketer who can't find their form, I have discussed many topics with my experiences, if you missed any go and check at .
Today, I want to share some thoughts on a topic that affects all of us: THE IMPORTANCE OF GIVING TIME TO OUR TASKS.

Don't Just Watch, Work.
We all have those big goals we dream about, maybe you want to grow your account reputation, or perhaps you're working on a personal project. But there’s a big difference between wanting something and actually going for it, both are different if you know you know. I’ve seen so many people sit on the sidelines, just watching and wondering "what if?"
Success doesn't come to those who just sit and wait to see what happens. It comes to the people who are willing to put in the hard work. If you want to succeed, you have to get off the bench and get into the game. Instead of being a spectator in your own life, give your goals the effort they deserve. When you stop watching and start doing, that’s when the magic happens.
Changing Minds Takes Space, Not Force
While we should be firm with our goals, we need to be gentle with people. Have you ever tried to force someone to change their mind? It almost never works. In fact, the harder you push, the more they usually push back.
If you really want to help someone see things differently, you have to give them space. Think of it like a plant you can’t force a flower to bloom by pulling on the petals. You give it water, sunlight, and most importantly space to grow. People are the same way. By giving someone the room to think and breathe without pressure you’re actually making it easier for them to change.
The Bottom Line
Whether you are pushing yourself toward a new milestone or trying to improve a relationship, remember that time is your best friend. Be patient with others but stay persistent with your own work.
Change isn't something that happens overnight it’s a slow process that requires a lot of hard work and even more patience. So, keep grinding, keep giving people grace, and just give it time.
What about you? Are you currently chasing a big goal, or are you learning the art of being patient with someone? Let’s talk about it in the comments below!
