I discovered a Mongol Territory named Burn Down Logging Base while riding through the forest and decided to take it over. After scouting from a rock, I completed a perfect standoff to fulfill an objective. Though I tried to stay quiet by crawling over sheds, a loud guard alerted a part of the camp, forcing me to fight multiple enemies and an archer.

I was riding through the forest after taking down two bandit groups earlier in the day. Suddenly, I noticed there was this Mongol territory right ahead of me on the path. It was a Bur Down Logging Base that looked very dark and quiet against the green trees of the surrounding forest.

I was really not looking forward to taking over this logging base so soon, but as I was close-by, I decided to go for it anyway. I rowed my horse and began to approach the perimeter with a plan to take over the base.

After getting close to the territory, I climbed up on a large rock to check around the area. I wanted to see how many guards were patrolling the inner sections of the base.

I noticed there was a small hole in the fence that I could use to squeeze through into the base. However, there was a Mongol guard relaxing right there, making a stealthy entrance very difficult. I watched him for a moment to see if he would move, but he stayed firmly in his spot.

I returned and climbed back on the stone from where I started checking around for an easy target. I had an optional objective where I had to kill one of the enemies in a standoff. I scanned the group until I found a warrior standing near the main entrance.

I found the target and I went for a standoff, calling out to the enemy with confidence. I nailed the timing perfectly and cut him down without alerting anyone else in the immediate area. It was a clean and honorable start to the liberation of this logging base.

Then I went for that Mongol guard who was sitting near the fence hole. I squeezed through the narrow gap and took him down with quick melee attacks. I was looking forward to assassinating him quietly, but I messed it up which forced me to use my blade more aggressively than planned.

I started walking over a shed like a ninja to stay quiet and keep out of their line of sight. From this height, I could see the layout of the remaining enemies around.

But one of the Mongols around noticed my movement and started chasing me. I stopped after going back a little distance to find a better fighting spot. I took him down quickly, hoping no one else would follow his path towards me.

But more Mongols followed as the one I took down earlier screamed for help before he followed me. The silence was broken, and I had to take them down as well in a flurry of sword strikes.

Then came even more enemies, and the worst thing was that an archer noticed me as well. He started shooting me with arrows while I was busy taking care of the enemies on the ground level. I had to keep moving to avoid being hit by the arrows.

After dodging some arrows of the archer, I drew my own bow and shot him down. It was a perfect headshot that dropped him from his perch instantly. Taking him down ended the initial threat as no other Mongol got the hint about my presence there.
