Hello SteemIt Community! I want to thank my newfound friend Tim for introducing me to the world of Crypto-Currency and the SteemIt Site.

Beginnings

I am originally from California; Most of my childhood I grew up running around through the grapevines of a small town with a population of 13,000. Coming from a small town, you tend to learn how to have fun with the most minimal effort. I played tennis while in middle school and in High School I was a theater star, a natural Thespian. I dropped out of High School on my sophomore year due to some hardship that was going on at home. I returned to continuation school a year later and busted my ass and crammed all my classes in order to try to graduate with my original class. Being the competitive soul that I am, I did it! I graduated with a 3.7 and damn was I proud. Being an immigrant, there was no immigration pathway for me to become legal in the United States until I was 24. Not having the opportunity to live and work legally almost my whole life minus 4 years… life was difficult. I fought through and became legalized and I am very excited to apply for my citizenship this year!

Work Life

I started working at the age of 16 at a mouse pad company. By 17 I moved back home to finish high school and started washing dishes at a Mexican restaurant while trying to finish my high school education. Once I graduated I moved to Sacramento in hopes to seek bigger opportunities in a bigger city where I got a job working for a Disney artist as his personal assistant. In 2011 I received the opportunity to move to Las Vegas, Nevada to work as a Media Specialist in a Web Development Company where I worked at for 3 years. While there I moved up the chain from Media Specialist to Project Manager to Operations Manager. My goal has always been to work for myself and make my own schedule so I left the company to seek a better opportunity.

While living in Las Vegas and being out and about I met a girl who was an exotic dancer and she told me all about her job and how much she was making and how she only worked a few days a week. I was interested so I jumped in and inquired about applying. It took about 3 months to finally get the guts to go in and apply. The process of getting hired at a strip club in Las Vegas is quite simple. You show up and take a two-piece outfit, panties and bra and then a manager approves you for a shift or asks you to come back. If you are asked to come back, that is because you aren’t fit or pretty enough. It really seems cruel but then again it is just like any other modeling job, if you don’t fit the part, you don’t fit the part.

Turnaround

I have been dancing for 2.5 years and I will never forget, there was a financial convention in town and I met a stock investor at my club. He was a handsome well-dressed New Yorker with the sexiest east coast accent. We chatted over a few cocktails and I spent a good amount of time with him and I was properly compensated.

During our conversation he said:

"You girls make more money than most normal people in a fraction of the time, what do you do with your money; if I was you I would invest it and never work again."

That comment really got me, never work again.... I thought... Hmm well, how would that work? So I dove into the Internet and watched videos on top of more videos and read countless amounts of articles that gave me enough information to feel confident enough to get into the stock market.

Investments

I have been invested in the stock market for 4 months and my portfolio is at 14% in the green. Although my portfolio is doing great, I met an amazing guy who talked to me about crypto-currency and here I am... I am a believer and feel this is the future of currency. I also bought some BitCoin and have hope to day trade my way out of dancing. The best way to convince anyone of anything is to prove it by doing it yourself.

Personality/Goals

I love entertaining people, I tend to be a bit too wild and sexual for most but hey, just like one of our fellow Seemies on here said… "You can’t please them all, if someone doesn’t like it, f**ck em." I enjoy reading and writing almost as much as I love snapshotting my daily life adventures. I hope to serve as a prime example and inspiration for anyone who has lost hope in overcoming whatever issues they might be going through. Especially other dancers out there that may not know how to get out of the stripper lifestyle.

One of my favorite past times includes riding my bike. I started riding 2 years ago. So if you have a passion for riding, hello family! Ride Safe out there…

I also care for my mom full time. I couldn’t ask for anything more amazing but having her in my life. Although, it gets hard sometimes managing to care for her and work full time… I somehow seem to do it and we have so much fun!
