Many Steemians complain about the low steem prices. That's normal! You know what's super? Instead of complaining about the happenings, take initiative and do the extra-ordinary.

Seriously, how do you think many of these whales got their steem power? Oh! You think they got it from the moon? Or perhaps you think they were born with steem in their wallets? Lemme tell you a story. Once upon a time, steem was lower the $0.5 apiece. Few men steemed because steemit was just newly launched. Then the algorithm gave EXPONENTIAL payouts (unlike LINEAR payouts right now). Many people could easily make $1000 per post and the ecosystem boomed.
To top it off, because of the relative lower value of steem, people got so much steem from the payouts. Remember that the payout is divided 50:50 between sbd and steem for each author rewards (which is in itself 75% of total payout). Hence, the lower the value of steem, the more steem you get per post.
Seeing steem at less than $3 should be a thing of joy to you because it means you get the opportunity to stack more steem(steem power ) per post.
Yeah! I totally agree with you that we are on a low tide. But you have to learn how to sail the shallows before you can survive the deep. Are you ready?

If you used to post once in 3 days, don't reduce it to once in 7 days. That will do you more harm than good. Instead, post even more often.
Surprise us all and Increase the quality of your posts this period. This is your time to shine/trend. Its far far easier to pull that off right now than at any other time.
2- BUY STEEM WITH YOUR FIAT:
Do you have an extra fiat lying around unused? Dude, use it and buy steem. Stack that coin to the moon. This is your chance to get rich via quality well-targetted investment.
Hey, don't say you were not told. Steem is not a place for just post and creating content. You can also see it as an investment. Give it your very best shot. This may be the lowest you will buy steem this year. Who knows?
3- POWER UP!:
There is never a bad time to power up. But this is a good time. If you successfully do the other 2 above then you are set for this.
Set Powerup goals for the week/month or whatever you want.
4- CONNECT MORE & BRANCH OUT:
Your tentacles are not meant to be folded. Spread them out. Reach more people. Comment on blogs. Message people on Steemit.chat/Discord or whereevr steemians are gathered.
Attend meetups. Like I always say, Steemit is not an isolation game. You only climb the ladder by collaboration. Enter ther power circle now. It has never been easier.
5- DO MORE!!!:
Finally, if there are other ways of steeming that I have mentioned, please do it. Bring that your idea, business, brand, talents, skills etcx to the steem network.
Visibility is more guaranteed now than when steem is already trending. Do something unique right now and frigging stand out.
