Ever since my return from India I am obsessed with Indian cuisine... This was my attempt at Palak Paneer tonight! Not too bad... ❤️👍(yeah I don't use a lot of rice... ;) altogether I am pretty impressed with the outcome... but I sure miss India... Namaste...
