Hace pocos días me enteré que la comunidad de @OCD está realizando una serie de concursos promocionando diferentes comunidades en Hive; esto para mí es una gran iniciativa porque como usuarios podemos descubrir nuevas comunidades en dónde subir nuestros post o que nos invite a salir de nuestra zona de confort y realizar trabajos diferentes, pero en esta oportunidad no es tanto mi caso porque aprovecho a participar en este 3er concurso en dónde se promociona la comunidad The Anime Realm Community; un lugar en dónde los seguidores del anime, manga, cosplay y otras cosas más pueden compartir nuestros proyectos, opiniones y gustos, por ejemplo a mí me gusta el anime y es por eso que cuando vi que las bases de este concurso es postear en esta comunidad un artículo sobre "The Older Days of Anime" para mí esto es perfecto porque ¡POR FIN! Tengo la oportunidad de hablar sobre el anime más importa te que he visto y que tengo la suerte de seguir viendo.

A few days ago I found out that the @OCD community is doing a series of contests promoting different communities in Hive; this for me is a great initiative because as users we can discover new communities where we can share our posts or that invite us to leave our comfort zone and make different works, but this time is not so much my case because I take the opportunity to participate in this 3rd contest where the community The Anime Realm Community is promoted; a place where fans of anime, manga, cosplay and other things can share our projects, opinions and tastes, for example I like anime and that's why when I saw that the basis of this contest is to post in this community an article about "The Older Days of Anime " for me this is perfect because FINALLY! I have the opportunity to talk about the most important anime that I've seen and that I'm lucky enough to keep watching.
Mi Primer Anime
Cuando era niño mi vida no se diferenciaba de lo que hacen otros niños, eso era ir a la escuela, jugar con mis amigos y ver TV, no tanto en ese orden o importancia porque me gustaba mucho ver tv, la mayoría de series animadas que veia eran americanas, estás eran "Los Súper Amigos", los muchas series de "Hanna-Barbera", los "Looney Toons" y una de mis series favoritas, "He-Man and The Master of the Universe", pero había una que resaltaba de los demás, una diferente y que considero que es la mejor serie que vi de niño, esa es "Mazinger Z"; cada vez que era transmitida me sentaba a ver esta serie animada o "comiquita" porque a temprana edad y en ese tiempo nadie le llamaba "Anime" a ninguna serie proveniente de Japón, lo único que importaba era el diseño de sus personajes y las aventuras que tenían y claro las batallas, siempre fui un fiel seguidor de Mazinger.
My First Anime
When I was a kid my life was not different from what other kids do, that was going to school, playing with my friends and watching TV, not so much in that order or importance because I really liked watching TV, most of the animated series I watched were American, these were "The Super Friends", the many series of "Hanna-Barbera", the "Looney Toons" and one of my favorite series, "He-Man and The Master of the Universe", but there was one that stands out from the rest, a different one and that I consider to be the best series I saw as a child, that is "Mazinger Z "; every time it was broadcasted I sat down to watch this animated series or "comic" because at a young age and at that time nobody called "Anime " to any series coming from Japan, the only thing that mattered was the design of its characters and the adventures they had and of course the battles, I was always a faithful follower of Mazinger.
Mi personaje favorito es... ¡MAZINGER Z! Un robot inexpresivo, que no habla, pero para mí era el protagonista, el más importante en esta historia, era lo que más esperaba ver junto a los Monstruos Mecánicos, las batallas entre monstruos y un robot gigante que cerraban cada episodio era lo mejor sin importar lo repetitivo de sus escenas, era ver cada ataque y gritar "¡RAYO FOTÓNICO!" creyendo que yo era Mazinger, pero también era ver que en cualquier momento existiría rivales más fuertes y eso significaba una evolución en nuestro héroe para que hiciera frente a nuevos peligros y es ahí donde aparece la mejor "nueva arma" que usó Mazinger, esa fue el "Jet Scrander", creo que de todas las armas que se le creó sin ninguna duda esta era la que más me gustaba, para mí fue lo mejor que le pudieron hacer, porque cada vez que aparecía un monstruo volador, sabía que Kōji haría el llamado y eso era ver al gran robot empezar a correr y al mismo momento ver salir disparado el Jet Scrander hasta que ambos se unen y ver volar al majestuoso Mazinger Z, para mí siempre fue lo mejor.
My favorite character is... MAZINGER Z! An inexpressive robot, who does not speak, but for me he was the protagonist, the most important in this story, he was what I most expected to see next to the Mechanical Monsters, the battles between monsters and a giant robot that closed each episode was the best no matter how repetitive their scenes were, it was waiting for the final attack and shouting "RAYO FOTÓNICO!" believing that I was Mazinger, but it was also to see that at any time there would be stronger rivals and that meant an evolution in our hero to face new dangers and that's where the best "new weapon" that Mazinger used appears, that was the "Jet Scrander ", I think that of all the weapons that were created without any doubt this was the one I liked the most, For me it was the best thing they could do, because every time a flying monster appeared, I knew that Kōji would make the call and that was to see the great robot start to run and at the same time see the Jet Scrander shoot out until both join and see the majestic Mazinger Z fly, for me it was always the best.
Pero a pesar de considerar a Mazinger como el mejor, es imposible no decir nada sobre los otros buenos personajes que tiene esta historia, en especial el gran "Kōji Kabuto", inmediatamente me aprendí ese nombre, siempre con determinación, valentía, tal vez algo malhumorado, pero creo que es por ser tan joven y con una gran responsabilidad de ser el defensor del mundo, puedo decir que es el alma de Mazinger Z, pero creo que toda rabia que pudiera existir contra sus enemigos, la muestra o la canaliza en cada una de las batallas que tenía contra las mucha máquinas de "DR HELL", que a pesar de ser el líder de los villanos, nunca sentí que tenía tanta importancia y eso es porque el malo que tenía más escenas o más apariencias en los muchos episodios era "Barón Ashler" o como originalmente era conocido "Barón Ashura", personalmente yo lo conocí como Ashler, un personaje mitad hombre y mitad mujer, un verdadero villano lleno de odio con la única misión de destruir a todos en especial a Mazinger Z, por mucho tiempo lo relacione como el verdadero antagonista de la historia y siempre le reste importancia a los demás villanos que fueron apareciendo en esta serie.
But despite considering Mazinger as the best, it is impossible not to say anything about the other good characters that this story has, especially the great "Kōji Kabuto ", I immediately learned that name, always with determination, bravery, maybe a little grumpy, but I think it's because he is so young and with a great responsibility of being the defender of the world, I can say that he is the soul of Mazinger Z, but I think that any rage that could exist against his enemies, he shows it or channels it in each of the battles he had against the many machines of "DR HELL ", who despite being the leader of the villains, I never felt he had so much importance and that's because the bad guy who had more scenes or more appearances in the many episodes was "Baron Ashler " or as he was originally known "Baron Ashura ", personally I knew him as Ashler, a character half man and half woman, a true villain full of hate with the only mission to destroy everyone especially Mazinger Z, for a long time I related him as the true antagonist of the story and always downplayed the importance of the other villains that were appearing in this series.
Por mucho tiempo vi Mazinger Z y por ser mi primer anime, todas los demás animes lo relacionaba a esta historia y más si pertenecía al género ”Mecha”, mi hermano y yo usábamos la frase “Este es el Koji de esta historia” y por un tiempo actuamos de esa forma, lo otro importante sobre esta serie es me dio la oportunidad de ver muchas otras buenas series de este género como Dai Apolón, El Súpermagnetrón, El Gladiador, General Daimos y por supuesto Voltron, para mí fue Mazinger quien le dio fama a este tipo de series que en la actualidad no veo que tengan gran fama y es porque se me hace extraño ver animes sobre este tipo de historias y aunque suene a queja creo que los fans prefieren ver material remasterizado de estos animes en vez de ver nuevas historias, por los momentos está bien porque me da la posibilidad de ver a Mazinger en NETFLIX y siempre lo disfruto porque me trae muchos recuerdos de mi infancia y es que para mí esta serie marco una época, siempre pienso que está historia es pionera y que la evolución del género "Mecha" siguió en "Robotech" y después de ahí hubo otra evolución (puedo decir) mayor en "Evangelion", pero sin ninguna duda que sin Mazinger Z esto no fuera ocurrido.
For a long time I watched Mazinger Z and because it was my first anime and all the other anime I related it to this story and more if it belonged to the genre "Mecha ", my brother and I used to use the phrase "This is the Koji of this story" and for a while we acted that way, but after enjoying the new stories, all that went away, The other important thing about this series is that it gave me the opportunity to see many other good series of this genre like Dai Apolon, Magne Robo Gakeen, Gaiking, Fighting General Daimos and of course Voltron, for me it was Mazinger who gave fame to this kind of series that nowadays I don't see that they have great fame and it's because I find it unusual to see anime about this kind of stories and although it sounds like a complaint I think that fans prefer to watch remastered material of these anime instead of watching new stories, for the moment it is fine because it gives me the chance to see Mazinger on NETFLIX and I always enjoy it because it brings me many memories of my childhood and for me this series marked an era, I always think that this story is a pioneer and that the evolution of the genre "Mecha " continued in "Robotech " and after that there was another evolution (I can say) greater in "Evangelion ", but without any doubt that without Mazinger Z this would not have happened.
