lots of vegetables and protein, some carbohydrate and little fat, a balanced diet is so important. We need a good supply of real vitamins and minerals not synthetic tablets. Eggs are are very good source of vitamins and minerals afterall they have all the requirements for a baby bird to develop but we also need fibre in fruit and vegetables for our intestines to function properly.
So when you fancy a snack don't reach for the biscuits have some fruit or a boiled egg .
