Welcome all the Steemian friends to my story of longboarding across the USA alone with broken arm and almost without money.
This is chapter #3 :
I ended chapter 2 by :
When I bought longboard, I only had 200 dollars when I went on the road.
People suggested me to make a gofundme campaign. I thought :
No one will back me. But still I made that campaign. It was made for buying a ticket back to Europe.
Here it is.

So starting with this chapter, let me tell you about how I felt in love with San Francisco.
Just before landing there, I met married couple in the plane, they were Apple employees and very nice to me.
They gave me 1 dollar and told me :
This is your first dollar in USA. Spend it wise.
I told to myself I won't spend it. I will travel all across this country to New York City and will take a photo with that dollar and will send it to this dude. What happened next you will see in next chapter.
First photo in SF -
This is crazy 'nut crashing' Hillary doll that I found in my very first USA Couchsurfing host house. -

Okay. Talking about landing in San Francisco when I went off all the security checks and went outside I smelled something, what I won't forget never in my life. A fresh smell of California. For me as foreigner that was amazing.
I felt really strange too. Because I understood that my trip were just started.
There is no way coming back.
That feeling gave me inspiration. I spend few days figuring out how USA roads works, where and how to buy longboard and sightseeing around San Francisco. This is few photos that I took :
This is the famous 'Lombard street', one-block section, claimed as "the crookedest street in the world".
And as you can see I really love sunsets. This is a sunset of San Francisco Bay Area from Kensington, CA. Where my second Couchsurfing host hosted me. By the way, we ended really good friends after all.
So, I was so amazed by beautiful San Francisco that I almost forgot why and what for I was preparing for.
I knew that days were counting(I just had 90 days of my visa), and still had 0 miles traveled on longboard.
I wanted to stay longer in San Francisco, but it wasn't my plan. I told to myself as soon as I buy my board I will leave.
So I went to Haight Street best and only(I guess) shop of longboards and asked for longboard.
They told me :
Okay. If you want to buy a longboard, come again when your arm will be better. When you will take away your cast.
I said : Are you kidding me?? I just have 86 or something days left here. I cannot stay longer. My cast will be with me for whole month.
They replied :
Sorry, kid, but it's not our business. Come again when you will feel better.
I went off being angry, but my friend, couchsurfing host told that it's logical thing. They didn't wanted troubles, because they saw my broken arm and I was stupid enough to tell them I made it while practicing longboarding.
So we ordered longboard via Amazon Prime. It was amazing!
This is video of me unpacking my board.

I also bought cheapest little guitar. I thought I will play in the mountain side or forest, which was totally 'fairy tale' thinking.
Actually, buying a guitar was my worst decision ever.
This is colourful ChinaTown.
I was almost ready for hitting the road with my longboard!
Okay, so that's it for chapter 3, I hope you found it worth reading, upvoting and resteeming.
More next day!
Thanks,
