Hello dear friends, I hope you are well. Recently we found out that in a shopping mall near our home there was a fair where there was an exhibition of some animals, horses, sheep but mostly goats, even promoted products made with their milk, such as dulce de leche and yogurt. I had the opportunity to try the dulce de leche and it wasn't bad, but it does taste different from the cow's milk dulce de leche. I didn't get to try the milk or the yogurt but I hope to have the opportunity to try it soon.
I take this moment to tell you something that was repeated to me over and over again when I had my baby, as you know there is a belief that babies are not filled only with breastfeeding, there are few cases in which this may be true but in most cases breast milk is enough for babies up to 6 months, I say this from experience. The point is that if you are one of that small percentage of moms who cannot breastfeed or your baby needs to have mixed feeding, goat milk is the best option. After breast milk it is the best milk we can give to our baby, it has many vitamins and nutrients similar to breast milk, of course before making the decision to use this milk you should first consult with your pediatrician. But according to what I have learned it is very healthy and nutritious.
When we went to the animal fair, I thought my son was going to be afraid and might even cry for me to take him out of there, well I tell you that he did cry, but when we had to leave. Although he is only one year old, he loves animals and wanted to chase and touch everyone he saw.
