Hello friends of the hive community, I've been a little absent here, I've been busy with work and baking; Today I bring you this beautiful and delicious cake decorated with chocolate and filled with lots of chocolate.

Utilizaremos como materiales un bizcocho previamente preparado y ganache de chocolate. Los palillos para el soporte del pastel una espátula y como toque especial lo decoraremos con trufas y galleta oreo.
We will use as materials a previously prepared sponge cake and chocolate ganache. The sticks to support the cake, a spatula and as a special touch we will decorate it with truffles and oreo cookies.
We open our cake in 2 equal parts. Add chocolate ganache in a piping bag and make a border to add the filling.
We place the supports so that the cake has stability.
Add chocolate until the cake is covered, smooth with the spatula and to give it a different touch we pass the pastry comb.
On the edge and at the bottom of the cake we make chocolate shells.
Ya tenemos nuestro pastel terminado, agregamos galleta oreo y trufas como toque especial.
Now we have our cake finished, we add oreo cookies and truffles as a special touch.
