Every week or two or three I take a look at my wallet and usually power up everything.
Today was a little different.
I had a bigger balance than usual. I guess I hadn't powered up in a while.
I also used the internal market to sell my SBD for STEEM for the first time. That was surprisingly fast and easy even though the layout (at least on steemit.com) is inconsistent and backwards.
So then I had 38 liquid STEEM sitting in my account.
Decisions, decisions... do I power up or buy more packs?
Well, since I'm writing this post obviously I picked packs. Personally, my short term outlook on all crypto prices is negative. I am also very bullish on because I think demand will skyrocket when game play starts in a couple months. So the net result is I think buying even common cards now is a better investment over the next 6 months.
So I bought 32 packs, and I had 1 more that I think I got from a contest.
I got all ready to start clicking on some cards, and then I saw this.
Lo and behold, there is a bulk open option now! This makes bulk packs so. much. easier.
And here are the results:
Notables:
- Gold foil rare cerberus
- Gold foil common divine healer
- Legendary Elemental Phoenix
- 4 epics
- 12 summoners
Not bad for 33 packs (165 cards).
Even at current market prices, I think I'm ahead if I wanted to sell the golds and the legendary in STEEM terms.
