We had ourselves a little auction on the discord chat, which was a new experience for me.
I ended up paying 3.35 ETH (plus a 0.01 ETH test transaction) for 2 beta GFLs
Seeing as how I bought a gold gold dragon from 
Well, we all see the crypto market taking a dive here recently. And this auction was in ETH, which I have some of sitting around from mining. So I figured, better to hedge out my ETH in SteemMonster GFLs especially since I am very bullish on the gold cards for when gold tournaments come up here in the next few months.
My speculation is that once people see the prizes to be had gold prices are going to go through the roof. After all, they are extremely limited in supply.
And regardless, I got a hell of a deal!
