Luego de un dĂa largo de haber trabajado y caminado bastante, llega el momento en que cumplo con el entrenamiento de hoy sábado (14 de septiembre 2024).
No voy a negar que me sentĂa algo cansado, de hecho, tuve que descansar los pies unos minutos antes de salir a las barras. Llegue a las 6:40 pm aproximadamente, salude a los brothers que fueron a entrenar y como siempre, procedĂ con el estiramiento muscular y acondicionamiento articular; mientras que los realizaba, pensaba una y otra vez, creo no rendirĂ© bien porque me siento pesado de haber ingerido baste agua durante dĂa, pero la disciplina era lo que me mantenĂa enfocado sin importar lo que pensara.
Como ya debe de estar en el tĂtulo, el entrenamiento estuvo centrado en "powermoves" de "Fron lever" pero casi en serie con "Full planche" pero en menor intensidad. Y les digo, que esta vez me sentĂ satisfecho con el entreno de hoy, en general, a pesar de que aĂşn sigo lastrando la molestia en la muñeca, pues, ha sanado lo suficiente para exigencia en que me he sometido y pude hacer más lo que me esperaba. Por ejemplo, la limpieza en las "Full planche push up"; en ir haciendo "Fron lever one arm" en medio de un combo para reforzar, que por cierto gracias al brother , estoy implementando este tip.
Termine de entrenar alrededor de las 9:10 pm, por suerte no me fui solo, estuve en compañĂa de un brother que tambiĂ©n entrena estas barras, y al fin a mi casa a descansar.

I will not deny that I felt a little tired, in fact, I had to rest my feet for a few minutes before going out to the bars. I arrived at 6:40 pm approximately, I greeted the brothers who went to train and as always, I proceeded with the muscle stretching and joint conditioning; while I was doing them, I was thinking over and over again, I think I will not perform well because I feel heavy from having ingested enough water during the day, but discipline was what kept me focused no matter what I thought.
As it should already be in the title, the training was focused on "powermoves" of "Fron lever" but almost in series with "Full planche" but at lower intensity. And I tell you, that this time I was satisfied with today's training, in general, although I still continue to burden the discomfort in the wrist, well, it has healed enough to demand that I have undergone and I could do more than I expected. For example, cleaning in the "Full planche push up"; in going doing "Fron lever one arm" in the middle of a combo to strengthen, which by the way thanks to the brother , I'm implementing this tip.
I finished training around 9:10 pm, luckily I did not leave alone, I was in the company of a brother who also trains these bars, and finally to my house to rest.
