This was the house of Hernán Pérez Bocanegra, ex-soldier from Hernán Cortés. In 1543 he becames on messenger from the church and build the first barn of the house. Today it serves as a cultural building were you can take music, dance and paint lessons.

Esta fué la casa de Hernán Pérez Bocanegra, exsoldado de Hernán Cortés. En 1543 se convierte en mensajero de la iglesia y manda a construir el primer granero de la casa. Hoy sirve como un edificio cultural donde se puede tomar clases de música, danza y pintura.
