The work week started with an early wake up which will be the norm this week. Unfortunately, I also went to bed later than usual but woke up feeling well and up for the early workout. I headed to the gym and went for some speed intervals. I was sprinting today so that got me a 5K over the time spent on the treadmill. I ended with a short cooldown before hitting the showers. Spent the rest of the day pretty busy at work as expected.
The visits and different events kept me on my feet which was good for activity but made me pretty tired by the time I finally got home. Im happy that it is already Tuesday thanks to the holiday so the grind this week will be manageable. The week is filled with commitments and I also need to be on top of things from my projects as they have gone slower than I would have liked. Looking for that time by navigating my schedule and my focus on my workouts will be a challenge.
