The week got started with an open schedule which was great as I was able to get ahead with some items for the week ahead. It also allowed me to go out for a walk before starting my meetings. I was surprised how humid it remains which will make it difficult for some cardio workouts I have been planning this week outside given some time I have.
After getting through my meetings, I prepared for my gym class with the family. I was well fed and hydrated ahead of it as it was going to be a new routine. I went light to ensure that the fatigue would not set in mid exercise which worked well. I completed it pretty well which means that next week I can add some weight for an additional challenge.
