I was awake early again today but not for a workout as my travel got started before dawn. The gates between flights were pretty long distances so it got me a good amount of activity for the day which was good as my time outside of travel was busy with meetings and events which did not allow me to get a formal workout in.
I also decided to go walking to dinner which took a while as I explored the area for a good place to eat. It ended being a good steakhouse where I skipped the bread and dessert to keep my diet in check a bit. I was happy to get my activity for the day but I now need to figure out how I get some workouts in these days while traveling as it will be a bit challenging.
