Another good night of sleep let me have good energy as I woke up this morning. Since the family did not have plans today, I headed to the gym for a while for a workout and some recovery. I decided to start with a mile warm up jogging instead of walking. It got my heart rate up as I then moved on to some weight training for my full body. It definitely got me close to failure more often than usual.
I ended with a walking cooldown as my shirt was soaked with sweat and i was pretty tired. I headed down to the Spa for some recovery as it has been a while since I had time to do so. I got home for a good meal to then relax and finish some of the chores I had. I had the rest of the afternoon to read and relax with the family. Got my last part of pacing before heading to play some video games tonight. Family day tomorrow so still time to relax before heading back to work.
