Special Report: Update on Jaywalking & Prison Industrial Complex.
This video is an update on my special report; "Everybody Jaywalks here"(a link is in the description). Since posting my first report on this incident which included the incident report the Spokane Police public information officer recommended anyone questioning order follower Maplethorpe do I have also received the bodycam footage from 3 of the responding officers. The report revealed inconsistencies from what was reported to the Northwest Inlander, a local publication and what was in the report. In this video, I want to highlight how many people do exactly what this homeless woman was cited for doing and then arrested for obstruction of a law enforcement officer. In this video, I count just how many people violate the same statute and go un-harassed by these order following enforcers of the state. How many do you think? 10? 20? 30? More?
