Jammu and Kashmir was the princely state of India. His own prime minister his own flag, his own economic principles etc. By the passage of time when jandk was under the rule of Sheikh Abdullah the Prime minister of state at that time. Jammu and Kashmir have special autonomy with the articles 35A and 370. In 2019 when the special autonomy was removed by the Govt of India, clashes erupted throughout the state. Now there are hundreds of investors from delhi and Haryana and Delhi invested in district Sambha and Kathua in the industrial estate.
