I’ve spent the past three days babysitting my aunties kids and honestly, having kids is a full time job on its own. Because tell me why you’re trying to get this one to calm down and another one is trying to hang themselves to death.

I grew up having to look out for my junior siblings all the time. It was tough but at least I wasn’t their parent so it made things a lot easier. Now that I’m older, I have had a peek into what it looks like to be a parent, especially a mother and I really commend all mothers out there.
Motherhood is a journey of no return- right from conception. Even at my big age, my mom still looks out for me- sends me food, clothes and even groceries wherever I am. It’s actually nice to have someone looking out for you this way. Most often, we don’t really appreciate our mothers enough until they’re no more with us. These past few days have actually opened my eyes to how much my mother has done for me and all that she has had to sacrifice for us as her children.
She’s growing old and I know she won’t be here forever. So what I can do with the time I have with her now is to spend it with her, create good memories, have fun and also appreciate her for all that she has done for me. God bless our mothers for all they do for us.
