THE TRUE LANGUAGE OF THE HEART IS LOVE
Distance was a barrier,
Yet we conquered,
For the universe made a connection,
And love knows no boundaries.
Religion was an obstacle,
Yet we conquered,
For love knows no faith,
Irrespective of our religious differences.
Race was a reckoning force,
Yet we conquered,
For love knows no race,
Even with our racial imbalance.
For the true language of the heart is love,
And not religion, race or place,
Characterised with violence, hate, and revenge.
For true love doesn’t span from blood,
Neither does it span from race nor religion,
But from the memories built in love,
That lingers in our hearts.
For the greatest virtue is love,
And the sole key to our unity.
And only in true love,
Can we coexist in peace.
For one who simply cannot love, cannot love God.
