When I finished work today, I was not anticipating making anything new in the few hours that remained but then my creative mind had other ideas.
I've been reviewing a few Bitcoin games recently and they are free to play but you need to sit through some adverts before you can carry on playing.
Like everyone, I'm sure we leave the sound on during these ads and they seem to blast out the volume a lot louder than the actual game you're playing in a fight for your attention.
Well, that worked this time round but I'm not sure the advertisers of a game of Solitaire (or Klondike) had this effect in mind lol!
Melodies that I find catchy from the instant I hear them stick in my head and I immediately think how I can turn this in to a drum & bass track.
If that's my superpower then so be it 😂
I tried searching for the advert on YouTube but couldn't find it anywhere and the company that made this version of Solitaire/Klondike, called Easy Brain (I think), has different background music on the one advert it has.
If you ever come across it playing a mobile game, it's got some medieval style music with a harp playing.
So in the few hours that I heard that catchy melody from the advert, I recited it on my MIDI keyboard, plugged in to the music studio and I feel it's actually turning in to a pretty massive tune lol!
Here's a small section of what I've made so far and I'll probably aim at getting this one prepped for mastering before the weekend is up.

I decided to call it "Stare" as a clever play on Solitaire but if you can think of anything better to call it, let me know in the comments!
Just add this to that long list of tunes to finish off, I should have 2 or 3 EPs by the end of this year! Making up for lost time haha!
Hope you like where this one is going!
