I know what you are thinking =) Finally a new episode of the detox series ๐.
I have already talked about the importance of going to the sauna during a detox and the benefits of that are pretty much the same as we are going to talk about today.
Today's subject in the detox series is cardio.
Take care of your body and it will take care of you
As you know by now during a detox we clean our body on toxins, heavy metals and other crap we donโt want in our body.
Itโs important to drink a lot of water that will help carry out the toxins and make it easier for your kidneys, liver and lymphatic system to do their job.
To help the body even further and get a quicker result of a detox itโs important to do cardio so you sweat a lot. Sweating is a natural way for our bodies to cool down, but it also carries out toxins from the body.
Put on your running shoes
I really encourage people to sweat a lot during detox ๐ Itโs a good way for you to get the extra boost.
Also during detox, your body will start to heal your cells instead of creating new ones. That is also why you should not do any heavy workouts. Your body will be in a reparation state and not building so you will more likely end up losing muscle mass instead of gaining it.
