** 1 large natural yoghurt (it would be best to have only milk and cultures of yogurt bacteria, for me Augustowski),
** 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
** 2 large, ripe kiwi
Chia seeds mix with natural yoghurt and leave for 30 minutes to swallow to the fridge (but you can for longer, like who likes it). We peel and mix kiwis into a smooth mass. Put the yogurt into a cup, then a kiwi mousse.
