Mi receta de hoy, como dice, se trata de un batido de proteínas sencillo.
Es una proteína de suero de leche libre de grasa que aporta 20 Gr de proteína pura y con sabor a vainilla.
Este batido lo sirvo donde yo trabajo, que casualmente es bajo de un GYM, pensé en prepararme uno para probar y por qué tengo tiempo entrenando también.
La receta es totalmente sencilla y la inventé, yo acá.
Ese este es batido perfecto, perfecto para las personas que quieren ganar masa muscular magra y perder peso. Ya que es una proteína limpia, libre de grasas y carbohidratos.
Para esta receta utilicé:
1 scup de proteína
20 gr de leche en polvo
Hielo
2 taza Agua
La preparación es sumamente sencilla, yo lo preparo primeramente licuadora el hielo con agua para triturarlo y quede como un frape.
Le agrego la leche y el scup de proteína, lo dejo batir por 1 minuto y listo para servir.
También se puede ganar peso con este batido, agregando avena o cambur, pero este no será mi caso por ahora.

My recipe today, as it says, is about a simple protein shake.
It is a fat free whey protein that provides 20 Gr of pure protein and vanilla flavored.
I serve this shake where I work, which happens to be under a GYM, I thought I'd make one for myself to try and why I have time training too.
The recipe is totally simple and I invented it here.
This is the perfect shake, perfect for people who want to gain lean muscle mass and lose weight. Since it is a clean protein, free of fats and carbohydrates.
For this recipe I used:
1 scup of protein
20 gr of powdered milk
Ice
2 cup Water
The preparation is very simple, I prepare it by blending the ice with water to crush it and make it look like a frappe.
I add the milk and the protein scup, I let it blend for 1 minute and it is ready to serve.
You can also gain weight with this shake by adding oatmeal or cambur, but this will not be my case for now.
