Hi steemians, welcome back to my food experience post.
Today I want to share with you this delicatess I had the opportunity to eat last night in a very small restaurant in my own city, Turin (Italy).
As most of you already know my country is known all over the world for its typical and tasty food made with fresh ingredients and gourmet preparations.
The following first plate is composed by handmade panzerotti stuffed with shrimps and zucchini and cooked in a clams sauce and prezzemolo.
This is well accompanied by a glass of red wine made with autoctone grapes called Ruchè with 14% alcohol.
I hope you can imagine how good it was and you will try to replicate it at your home on in your restaurant.
