Finance is a topic I consider rather fragile, both in theory an especially in practical.
At a younger age, I never really paid attention to finance probably because I never needed to make effort to get one. My parents, aunts and uncles gave me pocket money sometimes which I spend getting biscuits or they simply just by the biscuits for me. Either ways, I'm satisfied.
Several years down the line, I got older and things weren’t as rosy in the family as it used to. After expecting so much but getting very little, I decided it was time to take active part in the finance world if I was going to keep up.
I had zero skill and zero resources. I thought hard about ways to raise funds which led me to venture into quite a number of things like I mentioned in my “Jack of all Trade” series.
I cant remember which of the things I started first to raise money. There are a lot that I don’t get to remember all some times. I started cleaning service. Thankfully, my mum taught me well so it was kinds like my default skill. I helped people who needed to move into new apartments to clean up. I also started blogging. I kept making anylysis of the funds that would flow in and when they would at different times. I became an affiliate marketer, an after school teacher, a zobo drink maker, a fashion designer, a freelancer (content writing and web designing), a sales rep etc. Like I said, the list is a long one.
In participating in all these activities, I realized that the world of finance is definetley not a child’s play.
Somewhere along the line, I decided to make investments. I was introduced into forex trading by a friend who provided basically all the courses I needed. I got the necessary Apps including the MT4 and MT5 trading apps. I opened up a demo account and started practicing to read charts and place treades.

I didn’t have the money to invest while I was learning. The only hope I had was what my friend told me. He said there was an opportunity available for me where I would be given funds to trade with for a start until I had gotten enough profit to pay back at a given timeframe of course.
Do you know that after learning and practicing for several weeks, this friend of mine told me the package was no longer available?! Oh how sad I was!
I could have easily used my money to continue but I barely had enough to take care of my daily needs, talk more of an extra change to invest.
That experience didn’t stop me though. I always kept up with online research, looking out for finance opportunities everywhere and anywhere.
The world of finance have changed so much these past few years. A lot of people now actively take part in cryptocurrency and blockchain. Some others however still find it difficult to understand. I'm not sure where I stand right now but I know for sure that I'm growing.

Hive has inspired and opened my eyes to a lot of things. The quality leofinance articles I get to read as regards finances, cryptocurrency, blokchain, trading and so on is just amazing!
I'm not as Naïve as I used to be and I have all the opportunity to keep learning every day.
The way I see it, finance, savings, investments requires wisdom and alittle bit of mastery to keep up to standard.
I still have a long way to go and I'm looking forward to what my future finance world holds for me.😉😉
