Calvary greetings to everyone on the platform and more in particular to Bro Eli Soriano, Bro Hiro and other members of the team. God bless you richly.
This is my comment to the topic mentioned above as taught by Bro Eli Soriano.
According the preacher,King Solomon, there is one event that happen to all, both the good and the evil.
- Ecclesiastes 9:2 All things come alike to all: there is one event to the righteous, and to the wicked; to the good and to the clean, and to the unclean; to him that sacrificeth, and to him that sacrificeth not: as is the good, so is the sinner; and he that sweareth, as he that feareth an oath. 9:3 This is an evil among all things that are done under the sun, that there is one event unto all: yea, also the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live, and after that they go to the dead.
God is Just and His justice is served not only in this life but also beyond. For instance, John the Baptist died about 30 years old in the cruel hands of King Herold. He was beheaded even though he was not doing wrong against anyone. This may seem injustice for John but God's justice is not attained only in this life; there is another life to come and that is after the resurrection.
All people would be resurrected.
*John 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 5:29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
So,we may not see it just in our mind if things that are evil happen to those that are good and things that are good happen to people who are evil.
There is a declaration in the bible that evil people may win, prosper, etc but it won' t be for a long time.
- Job 20:4 Knowest thou not this of old, since man was placed upon earth, 20:5 That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?
There is reward for good people;Justice may not be at once served but it would be served definitely. The Lord said, we should rejoice in that day.
- Luke 6:20 And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God. 6:21 Blessed are ye that hunger now: for ye shall be filled. Blessed are ye that weep now: for ye shall laugh. 6:22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. 6:23 Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.
We are living in a world where evil is glorified and is burried into forgetfulness. The victory of the wicked is short compared to the eternal reserved for those who are despised, the right transgressed, killed.
