What it is ?
It is part of a iniciative to empower the minnows to be able to provide a strong upvote for free.
How it works:
You can add other text, the important thing is that the comment contains the keywords, actually is encouraged to leave a great comment giving advice when summoning

Limitations
There is only 8500 SP on our control, therefore we had to restrict the area of operation of the bot to certain tags.
Venezuela and CastellanoThis is a beta test and we will evaluate how can we make it grow by receiving support or leasing SP
The bot will sleep if its VP falls below 40% so it is better to check its VP before using it.
The bot frowns and becomes weak if the pair: summoner|receiver is too much recurrent
The bot gives preference to posts collecting dust (less than 1 $ pending payout)
The bot has several fail safe systems and will default to the most restrictive VP level to avoid abuses
We have to manually verify for people using it in copy paste or plagiarized content and undo the votes (thought it notifies us if it is used in a post were cheetah commented and we will strive to undo the votes when required, please do not hesitate to let us know if we miss some)
Levels

If we see you are using it in the proper steemian way to help others, the reveur might start following you which will make you able to cast a 50% vote.
If you do an exceptional work you might find yourself authorized to cast 100% votes (Commenting, engaging, helping advising).
There are many easter eggs that we will not disclose that can put you in between levels

Hint 1: Even thought i would appreciate you voting my witness, it is unethical to request your vote to use the bot, so voting me as witness might or might not help, in any case is related to witnesses voting, and by doing something you should be doing you might find a way to increase the VP you are allowed to use...
More about witnesses: You can choose up to 30, it is free to vote for them and the ones on the top 20 decide the direction of steem, the rest of us just work mostly for free, the closer we are to the top 50, the closer we get to break even with the servers and services costs.
To my knowledge there are at least 5 South american witnesses and 1 Spaniard.
Merit system
This is the hearth of the bot and what took us the longer to code, also it is loosely based on strict rules and a tiny wee of python developed AI is implied, this means that it is still in beta and can do weird things.
The bot records who summoned it and to whom it was summoned, when you use it for the first time you receive 100 merit points.
Each summoning of the BOT depletes this value which becomes a multiplier of the VP you are allowed to use, to recharge the value there are several options:
Wait a few hours it increases by 4 each hour if not used.
Someone votes the comment of the bot where you appear as a summoner, the value of the vote doesn't matter, what matters is the weight 1 point for each 10% Vote strength
You summoning was replied to and meaningful discussion arose +20 points
If we consider you are engaging and doing real curation, by writing good thoughtful comments along with the summoning we will enable the good curator mode for you and your ability to use the bot will not be depleted (the abuse fail-safe still applies so don't abuse it.

All posts rewarded with the seal of geniality will be presented to the

Our business model is weird, we did not took into account EARNING money because we want to change this
We told ourselves that if we balance the rewards flow for the Venezuelan community, our rewards will increase on its own.
It is true that one of the ways to recharge the merit points is by receiving votes on our comments, but the idea is to evaluate how much can be collected monthly to try to lease SP to increase the power of the trail.

The goal would be to collect enough in revenue to lease at least 10.000 SP more.
Final thoughts
The bot merit system might behave weirdly at times, this is the reason it is in beta test so in real use we can see all possibilities, there is a primitive IA algorigth logging the behavior and patterns of use that will allow for the set of rules that make the merit system to evolve.
