Hi everybody. How are you? I hope you are all right. I feel like I want to be grateful for today. Finally, I am free from the hivewatcher blacklist. I'm very happy and of course, I've learned from what happened. I also try not to repeat the same thing. That became my resolve.
I am interested in answering the ASEAN Hive Challenge #54. Incidentally, not long ago I had common cold. Then what am I doing? The flu and fever make me uncomfortable. There's a lot of good food that I can't taste. But, don't worry, I have powerful traditional food and drink. I made this when I had a common cold. What are these foods?
1#. Mushroom and Tofu Soup.
Mushroom and Tofu Soup is my first choice when I have a common cold. Oh yeah, I also add eggs to this soup. This food is added with gochujang sauce. Gochujang sauce makes food taste spicy and warm. From the information I got from a doctor, adding a lot of protein to the soup can boost immunity. The body can form antibodies.
2#. Traditional drink
I made a traditional drink consisting of ginger, lemongrass, and turmeric. Ginger is one of the kitchen ingredients that can cure flu and colds. Do you know what ingredients are in ginger? The doctor told me that in Ginger, there are schools that fight viruses that cause common cold.
In the tradition of the Bandung people, parents with the common cold will give ginger or ginger tea. A long time ago, when I had a common cold, my grandmother would give me ginger tea every morning and evening. In the past, I didn't know if the drink could cure the flu. Wedang ginger is a traditional drink that must be made when you have a common cold. However, my parents rarely make ginger tea.
Here's my story, about drinks and foods that can cure the common cold. For me, these two things are various methods to speed up the recovery time. Here's my story, see you in my next story. See you.
